My relationship with God

I grew up attending a christian school, where we had a subject about God. We even study the bible but when I reach college I somehow forget about it or I was just too busy with my life that I didn't make time with God. I regretted it. Because I feel incomplete, wicked and no purpose in life as I fall out of my relationship with him.

Until recently, its like God knocked on me. Because my husband and I have been trying to conceive for months now but its still negative. This gave me an urge to talk to him again and build my faith again.

I started 2019 with a resolution that in a day I will spend a quiet time with him, learning the bible and his holy words. I may have a long way ahead but I plan to continue my devotion because I notice that after my devotion time I feel positive, overwhelmed, and in good spirit for the rest of the day.

2019 Life Organization

It's a new year! Nee beginning and ofcourse new planner!

Im so excited for this planner. I ordered this on the 3rd week of december last year and it just arrived last friday due to holidays shipping is delayed. Anyway Im still in love with it. The Design Your Life planner is by cns design I ordered it thru instagram (@jyl.project) the staff is accomodating and nice.

Flipping thru the pages, I realized that this planner is really perfect for me. It has Goals, events, lists, last month's, key and most important is cash flow.

I want my life to be organize that Im not forgetting my last visit to the doctor, bills due date and expenses. The planner also has enough space to write my to do lists for the day.

Im sorry if my planner has not a lot going on in it. I'd like to keep it simple. Here is the overview of my week. 

TOGETHER AGAIN

Finally! after almost 10 months we are together again! We are so happy and thankful for his safe flight.

It is not a easy decision to decide to be with me and resigned from his job because as we all know salary here in the Philippines is cheap, but since we really wanted to build our own family I think its best to be with each other to impregnate me and spend quality time together. Because ever since we got married we only have I believe 5 months of togetherness.

Long distance relationship is not easy. we've been in this set-up since we were just boyfriend-girlfriend and I like to believe that we came up stronger and better afterwards. our openness, faithfulness and loyalty to each other helped us to get through it.

As of the moment I'am looking forward for more memories with him as time pass by. A memories that I will capture and cherish for the rest of my life.

This book open our eyes to handle petty or even serious marital challengesin our life and it will make us realize how God interferes in our lives.

Personally, I think that this book is very helpful because it tackles the common challenges by married couple like we, as wife, shouldn't try to control our husband or manipulate him. We cannot change people, the change should start within them or when God interfere in his life. Normally, a wife, at some point, even if we admit this or not, we nag our husbands, which is not healthy, Jesus lives within ourselves and the last thing that he wants is for us to shout at each other. So, we should talk as calmly as possible, and that is only a few examples.

The book has 22 chapters and it tackles communication, abuse, bully, self-worth, Faith,Trust and parenting.

I believe in what this book wants us to understand because it will not only make our marriage peaceful, harmonious and healthy but it will also makes us handle trying times as graceful as God wants us to do.

Remember that a secret to a strong family is to surrender to the one who established family in the beginning.

I was in the hunt of affordable eyeshadow palette ad then I saw this palette from ever bilena


It looks promising to me because the shades are wearable. It has mattes and shadows as well. The shadows are not chunky when I wore it and it is easy to blend. I can say that it is a perfect palette for those who want to start on their eyeshadow game.
I made a classic look using brown colors.


And then I played with red too


Overall it is a good palette for beginners and you get your money's worth.

Hongkong Diary

I've always wanted to visit this place specifically because of Disneyland. Yes, you read that right even though I'am already 29 I'am a kid at heart, but I think when you are in this place we all are.

Anyway we flew May 3 at 7 am and we arrived at around 11 am in the morning (delayed flight) by Cebu Pacific. Upon arriving I noticed instantly that their airport is so beautiful and clean.

On our first day we roam around Tsim Sha Tsui and I'am so impressed with their shopping district. There are designer pieces that much cheaper and I couldn't help but to buy one.

When it comes to food it is delicious but it is expensive. For our breakfast we ate at McDonald's and Yoshinoya, but for lunch and dinner we usually find a local restaurant that serve local food so we can have a glimpse of their culture.

On the next days we tour around Hongkong using Klook and it is very convenient since we don't have to fall in line and we already booked ahead of time.

Overall the experience is so much fun and I'am looking forward to going back here with my husband and future kids.

Vice matte liquid lipstick

Vice ganda, The phenomenal star here in the Philippines launch a make up like called VICE. Its a matte liquid lipstick.

I bought it in SM Department store in san fernando, Pampanga. Its P 195.00 so it is so affordable. I bought one and the shade is CHEVERLOO and it is so pretty the color compliment my skin since I am morena. It is not hard to apply but the only downside for me is that after some time it feels so dry on the lips. But overall I think its pretty and very wearable.
